Product Description
The base plate to be made of aluminium 25mm thick; length and width to be a minimum, to ensure all details open or close within its limits. Over 600mm x 600mm base plates to be castings and must be stress relieved. Size requires approval at time of design approval.
Base plate surface shall not exceed 2.03 microns RMS roughness.
The base must have visible bodylines at every 100mm identified in three planes.
Fixtures require three tooling balls. They are to be securely capped and identified with their co-ordinates (3 decimal places) and as per the fixture certification.
