All the checking fixtures will conform to Safety, ergonomic and transportation remaind
No features like brackets, templates, clamping devices, measuring clocks or
others in functional or resting position may overlap the base plate in its border
size in width and length.
A perfect transportation system has to be established fulfilling the ergonomic,
safety and danger less handling requirements for any kind of transporting system,
i.e. crane, hoist, forklift, etc. and also for the operator.
In case of need a transportation trolley has to be part of the total scope of gauge
tooling.
Transportation eyes have to be protected for uncontrolled unscrewing.
Transportation ropes are not allowed to touch the device.
Transportation by forklift: ensure pockets mantling and guiding the forks.
It‘s strongly recommended to prevent any kind of distortion by transportation.
