Checklist Recommended Timing: One month before <VP>
1.Verify that the gauge is complete as CMM holding fixture and the datum system is complete per the approved gauge design or drawing. See Figure 13.
2.Verify that there is no interference when a part is loaded and unloaded from the gauge.
3.Verify that the operator instructions and sequence of operations on the use of gauge are secured to the gauge.
4.Verify that the gauge is certified as CMM holding fixture.
5.Verify that the either Gauge Repeatability (using CMM, 2 points min in each X,Y,Z axis) or GR&R (using variable ports - if applicable) is complete.
