Material of base plate must be made from light alloys and must have shape stability and it must be resistant to corrosion, unless otherwise specified. Size of base plate must be optimize with regard to the optimal layout of all elements of C/F. The base plate must be in a horizontal position, unless otherwise specified.
Legs must be cylindrical. Material of legs must meet strenght and shape stability, it must be resistant to corrosion. Handles or crane lifting rings will be individually approved by the design approval.
All free elements must be fixed to the C/F by coated steel wire (nylon, chain, cable or separate textile cord is not suitable), by agreement can also use another type of fixing. Checking of the trim will be set individually according to the shape of the product.
The color of painting of C/F is specified by customer, information is forwarded by the MCTs project manager.
HANDLING WITH C/F
C/F must have leg on each edge of base plate.
Material of legs must meet strenght and shape stability, it must be resistant to corrosion.
Leg must be sufficiently high, when laid C/F on the table to prevent fingers injuries (min. 25 mm).
All C/F with weight less than 15 kg equip only with transport handles.
All C/F with weight more than 15 kg equip both, transport handles and crane lifting rings.
Clamping system not exceed shape of base plate of C/F, design must be to this requirement adapted.
