Vehicle Part Customized the CMM Inspection Fixtures / Primary Material for Al
Before commencing manufacture, approval of the checking fixture concept must be given from the appropriate Sertec UK representative.
A copy of the part checking fixture design in 3D Iges format and 2D dwg or PDF format which includes bill of materials and tolerances for all Checking equipment (Peg’s, Pins, Wands and Size Checks) should be sent to the appropriate Sertec UK representative and approval will be given in the form of an emailed reply.
We ask that Sertec China representatives are CC’d on all correspondence so that they can keep track of what is being requested.
