Product Description
All Flush rail surfaces to be tangential to the outer most point of the surface being
measures and have a minimum surface of 35mm. The Flush surface must be flat.
All Gap feeler rail surfaces to be perpendicular (90°) from Flush rail surface with a
gap of 5.0mm from the nominal edge of the part.
Fixture Construction Tolerances
All Datums and Nets used to position the part in the gage are to be located in the gage
within +/- 0.05 mm.
All fixture details such as check pins and bushings, details used for electronic measuring
devices, etc. which check part features are to be located within +/- 0.10 mm.
Surface contour features for in-line/feeler checks are to be within +/- 0.15 mm.
Trim line features for in-line/feeler checks are to be within +/- 0.15 mm.
Templates are to be within +/- 0.15 mm.
Sight checks are to be within +/- 0.25 mm.
